We hope that you love our product! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return your item(s) only if the item(s) are unused, sealed and in its original packaging within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item(s) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Pro Hair Tape reserve the right to refuse a refund should the item(s) be deemed to have been returned in used or damaged condition.
Please ensure you email us at info@prohairtape.com outlining why you are returning the item. Assuming the item you are returning meets our Returns policy, we will issue you an email with confirmation of your return.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the product(s) is/are deemed to be faulty. If you choose to return the product for any other reason than defects/damage to the product(s) you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Pro Hair Tape accept no liability for any parcel that is lost in transit. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and retain the same in order to provide us with evidence the product(s) has/have been returned in the unlikely event we do not receive them. Pro Hair Tape will not issue a refund without evidence that the product(s) was/were returned to us in these circumstances.
Refunds will be issued to the payment card within 14 calendar days. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 3 – 5 working days to be processed by the card provider.
Please note: We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances we will notify you no refund will be available, and you will be responsible for arranging for the product(s) to be returned to you within 28 days of notification.
